We spend time talking with you and your estate agent to ensure that we have all the information we need to produce a film which will both delight and inform the viewer.
It is important that the film sells the potential to a buyer and offers an insight into the lifestyle that they could enjoy if they lived there.

The cost of a Professional Property Film starts from £1,495.

The cost includes:

  • Pre-production/planning


  • One day shoot


  • Post-production, including graphics and voice-over.


  • Hosting for 6 months. Film available in High Definition and Standard Definition.


  • A monthly report on the number of times your film has been viewed.

In order to account for additional planning, travel time, the size of the property and garden and any further post production that may be required, each film will be quoted for individually.

Most of the films we produce are made public, however if you would prefer to restrict access to your film, then it can be password protected.

What to expect…

1. Discussion

We first discuss the content of the film in order to make sure that all the important features are included. Using our experience we will make suggestions about what to include and how to present the property.

2. Planning

We would then plan the shoot day(s), the script and the shot list. We would also make sure that you know what to expect on the filming day, as well as what assistance we would need, i.e. access, moving personal photographs.

3. Filming

Our small production team would arrive at the property and go over the plan before shooting starts. We would then film all the required aspects and features of the property.

4. Post Production

The film would then be edited and colour graded and all the graphics, music and voice-over added.

5. Approval

You would be sent a private copy of the final film to ensure that it is accurate.

6. Launch

A link would then be made available which will display an embedded video player and can be added to property listing websites.

7. Report

Information on how many times the film has been played will be tracked and can be made available.
